God, I'm sooooo mad at Freespeech.org. Just when I feel like updating everything on my new site, the freespeech server just has to go down. It's really pissing me off. I mean, some Big Names in the Blogworld (tm) (that's Schlomo's influence) are beginning to notice me and link me from their Blogs, which means that by tomorrow, I could be famous (yeah right). But the server just has to go down on me!!! ARGH!!!

The Big Names linked my Blog because it has a cute name and cute design, not because I sucked up to them so I'm not really a LinkWhore or LinkHappy, OK? Sure I linked back to them but they linked me first and they emailed me first and I don't think they did so just to get a link from my site because, well, who am I really? I'm just a geek wannabe who can't write a script to save her life. Oh, I forgot to tell you that when I said "Blog", it really meant "Weblog".

I really should've listened to Orchidlove and stay away from Freespeech.org. But the other 2 servers don't give out FTP access, and to have a Blogger powered Blog, one has got to have FTP access to their web servers. I personally like Blogger much more than Pitas because Blogger is so much more flexible and easier to maintain. If only I could get hosted somewhere *sighs* I've been rejected by 3 domain owners, no less. Pretty bad record, huh? I can't wait for the day when I can afford to reserve a domain name and pay for my own web space.

Anyway, work really sucked today. I worked on the office website half the day and spent the rest of the day at the geek boys' office upstairs, converting some documents into PDF format. The only good thing about it is I got to take a picture of myself using the webcam. Here's the result:

I know it's not really the best shot in the world, but hey, you get to see me at work! What could be better than that? I know my hair looks terrible. I need a haircut so badly but I'm just too lazy to go to a hairdresser.

Well, it's almost 10 PM so I'd better get some sleep. Tomorrow is data uploading day. I hope the database application will behave itself and won't try to be funny. We have what's probably the worst database application in the world. One of its biggest failings is it losts data instead of storing them. I'm amazed that the power that be in the head office has decided to use this shitty application of all the other applications in the world. Well, enough geeky bitching for today.
